Personal Training
All programs must be individualized Personal Training
Most everyone has muscle imbalances in their body. Imbalances
come from your past, whether you were born with them, maybe
they come from sports you've played, or even the way you walk,
sit, or stand over years can contribute. The key is to find
these imbalances incorporate stretching and strengthening
programs designed to help correct these problems. Lower back
pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.. a majority of the time
are signs of imbalances that can be corrected with an individualized
proper training program.

How are imbalances detected?
Imbalances are detected in the initial consultation
through postural analysis, flexibility tests, and strength
tests. These three will determine and guide us as to
the type of program needed to be implemented in order
to prevent and/or correct any problems.
The program
After the tesing is complete and an interview with
the client to assess all of his/her goals a program
will be created to help the client achieve all of these
goals.
